A member of our team of Energy Assessors will rate your home or development in accordance with the national criteria set out by Sustainable Energy Ireland.

The process of Energy Rating your dwelling or development will be as follows:

1. 1. Assessment of house or house drawings by a one of our national qualified assessors
2. 2. Issue of a Building Energy Rating Certificate (BER)
3. 3. Issue of advisory report

Assessment of house or house drawings by one of our national qualified assessors Our registered BER assessor will carry out the BER based on the plans and specifications for a new building. This will be done by following standardised procedures using approved calculation methodology.
