iBERcon now has the ability to complete Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessments on existing properties. iBERcon is delighted to now be in a position to offer BER Certificates for existing properties. From the 1st of January 2009, energy ratings will be required for all properties offered for sale and rent.

Having completed the training for the assessments a number of weeks ago, SEI have now allowed the first of the assessors to sign up and offer the service. NEA has developed it's own in house training programme for the BER Scheme. This guarantees that our assessors have undergone the most rigorous programme in the marketplace, and ensures that we can meet the needs of our clients to the highest standards possible.
