Minister were:
• • 2007 carbon emissions
• • New building standards improving energy efficiency
• • The Home Energy Saving Scheme and the Warmer Homes Scheme
• • Vehicle emissions
• • An increase to a target of 40% for electricity from renewable resources by 2020
