iBERcon – Independent Building Energy Rating Consultants was set up with the aim to provide Building Energy Ratings (BER Certificate) for Domestic Homes both in Planning, Existence and Under Construction in Ireland. IBERCON is a Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) approved and fully certified Buildings Energy Ratings (BER) provider and was established to provide a complete professional energy ratings and savings service throughout Ireland. Our team consists of qualified assessors and consultants with both academic and practical structural experience. We offer an independent and high quality service with on-going back-up support to our clients. As our people are located country-wide this enables us to cater for our clients with a personal and hands-on approach.

We recognise the increasing importance of energy efficiency in our changing property market and can advise our clients on how to improve their BER rating and hence increase the value of their property.
